Cumbria in Bloom is a charitable organisation whose aim is the promotion, improvement and understanding of horticulture, floriculture and environmental issues for the benefit of the inhabitants of Cumbria.

If you thought it was all about floral bedding and hanging baskets, think again! Cumbria in Bloom, like the RHS's Britain in Bloom, means taking pride in your local area. Communities that are involved in Britain in Bloom have enjoyed many benefits.
Nearly 40 communities, large and small, took part in 2012! You can see the results on the News page. We hope to increase the number of entrants in 2013 please see the entries page to learn more and get in touch!

Cumbria in Bloom provides an opportunity for commercial organisations and individuals who support the aims of Cumbria in Bloom as outlined at the top of the page to be associated with the charity through sponsorship. More details are given on the Sponsors page.
Entry to the competition includes one year's
membership for a representative of the entrant. Membership is also
available to individuals and organisations who wish to support the
